Questions come up on site. We answer them quickly so nobody waits on the engineer.
- Calls and photos from site answered directly.
- Site visits arranged at short notice where safety is involved.

The practice
MAJO Engineering is a small structural practice built around a simple idea: most building problems are solved faster by an engineer who will look at the building, explain what's happening, and draw the fix clearly.
Residential projects are where the practice spends most of its time — additions, wall removals, foundations and renovations, working directly with homeowners as often as with architects and builders.
Alongside that sits commercial construction, project management and general engineering support, which keeps the practice useful on projects of varying size and complexity.
