Plan review comments on our stamped work are answered as part of the job, not as an extra.

Typical stages
A residential structural job usually runs through five stages. Smaller work collapses some of them; larger work adds site visits.
Enquiry & scope
You describe the project; we confirm what engineering it needs and issue a scope and fee.
Survey & assessment
Site visit, measurements and a look at what carries load today — including anything previous work changed.
Design & calculations
Members sized, load path resolved, options discussed where there is a cheaper or simpler way to build it.
Stamped documents
Drawings, details and notes issued as a permit package, coordinated with the rest of the set.
Construction support
Observation visits, field questions and revised details while the work is being built.
Service questions
Can I hire you for just a beam calculation?
Do you provide drawings my contractor can build from?
